Stove
Swedish Military Trangia. Runs on denatured alcohol, boils water in about 5 minutes, can alternately be used to bake, four pieces pack down to one easy to carry unit. I picked mine up off of ebay for about $20.
Utensils
Kept it pretty simple here. I picked up a stainless spread knife, spoon, and fork combo thing from a military surplus store for around $2. I looked at the special floating plastic spork things they have but it seemed unnecessary to spend the $10 or however much they want for them. And of course I’ll be bringing my trusty chop sticks.
